  • Smooth finish, strong, even edges
  • Used for walls, load-bearing structures, foundations
  • Best for long-lasting construction

2. A Quality (Standard Bricks):

  • Slightly less perfect than A+
  • Mostly used in residential houses
  • Good balance between price and strength

3. B Quality Bricks:

  • Uneven shape, weaker in strength
  • Used in boundary walls, temporary structures

4. C Quality / Substandard Bricks:

  • Lowest strength, poor durability
  • Only suitable for temporary construction or fillers

5. Burnt / Special Bricks:

  • Heat resistant, often used in furnaces, boundary walls, and high-strength areas

How Many Bricks Are Needed for a 5 Marla House?

On average, a 5 marla double-storey house requires around 50,000 – 55,000 bricks depending on the design.

  • If you choose A+ Quality Bricks at Rs. 17,000/1000, the cost will be:
  • 50,000 bricks × Rs. 17 = Rs. 935,000

This cost is just for bricks and does not include cement, sand, and labor.

Which Brick is Best for House Construction?

  • For foundations and load-bearing walls: Always use A+ Quality Bricks.
  • For partition walls: You can use A Quality Bricks to reduce cost.
  • For boundary walls: B Quality can be used.
  • Avoid C Quality Bricks in permanent construction, as they weaken the structure over time.

Final Words:

Bricks are one of the most important materials in the construction of houses in Pakistan. The latest brick price in September 2025 ranges from Rs. 9,500 to Rs. 17,000 per 1000 bricks depending on quality and location. For strong and long-lasting homes, always invest in A+ or A quality bricks.

If you are planning to build a house, keep checking the daily updated brick prices along with cement and steel rates to calculate your total construction cost.
