Current Price of Marble in Pakistan in September 2025

Marble remains one of the most popular choices for flooring, kitchens, and staircases in Pakistan, but prices have climbed sharply with inflation, fuel costs, and currency swings. Whether you’re looking for affordable local stone or premium imported slabs, knowing the market rates can save you from overspending.

Marble

Average Market Prices (Per sqft)

  • Badal / Sunny Grey  (Rs. 65–80)
  • Tavera  (Rs. 85–100)
  • Sunny White (Rs. 105-120)
  • China Verona  (Rs. 190–200)
  • Botticino Fancy  (Rs. 160–175)
  • Ziarat White  (Rs. 330–345)
  • Ziarat Supreme White  (Rs. 340–360)

Basic local marble starts as low as Rs. 60–70/sq ft, while premium imported or high-end varieties can reach Rs. 1,000+ depending on finish and thickness.

Why the Difference?

  • Origin: Local vs Imported.
  • Thickness & Finish: Polished slabs cost more than simple tiles.
  • Market Trends: Inflation and fuel prices drive up transport costs.
  • Installation: Adds another Rs. 25–40/sq ft on average.

Buyer Tips:

  1. Always compare thickness and polish before deciding.
  2. Add 10–15% for wastage during cutting.
  3. Visit the yard in person to inspect slabs.
  4. Negotiate if buying in bulk.

In 2025, marble in Pakistan ranges from budget-friendly Rs. 70/sq ft tiles to luxury slabs above Rs. 1,000/sq ft. Careful selection, smart bargaining, and factoring in installation costs will help you get the best deal.
